Shipping policy

We ship all orders via The Courier Guy, with two delivery options available: Locker-to-Locker and Locker-to-Door. Both options include tracking.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link once your order is on its way, allowing you to track your parcel until it arrives.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or due to unforeseen courier delays.
